Real exposure to strategic analysis and decision-making. **Market Intelligence Assistant (Data & BI Focus)** (Graduates or bachelor's degree holders in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration) **Department:** Marketing **Your Impact** Turn data into decisions. You will be responsible for analyzing market information and transforming it into actionable insights that drive real commercial opportunities. **Your Responsibilities** * Analyze large volumes of market data (sectors: mining, industry, energy, construction). * Integrate and cross-reference internal data (sales) with external sources (projects, tenders, foreign trade). * Identify patterns, trends, and business opportunities. * Design and maintain dashboards/reports for decision-making. * Build and segment high-value prospect databases. * Generate data-driven technical content (insights, articles, positioning). * Automate information collection and analysis processes (AI / digital tools). **Who We Are Looking For** * Graduate or bachelor's degree holder in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, commercial intelligence, or research. * Advanced Excel (mandatory) and experience with Power BI. * Database management skills and strong analytical orientation. * Interest or experience in automation, BI, or AI tools. **What We Offer** * Full payroll + statutory benefits * Real exposure to strategic analysis and decision-making * Development in BI tools, advanced analytics, and market intelligence * Participation in projects with direct commercial impact **Why Is This Role Different?** This is not an operational position: you will work directly with strategic data that influences commercial decisions and growth in key industrial sectors.
