**Responsibilities** * Create digital content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook). * Write informative, commercial, and educational copy aligned with the brand. * Record and edit short videos (Reels and TikTok). * Plan and organize the weekly and monthly content calendar. * Publish and schedule content according to the established timeline. * Monitor basic metrics (reach, views, and engagement). * Support digital campaigns, product launches, and promotions. * Coordinate with the marketing, sales, or entrepreneurship teams. * **Make telephone and/or WhatsApp calls to prospective and existing customers** for follow-up, promotions, and commercial support. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or having completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Experience creating social media content (preferred). * Basic video editing knowledge (CapCut, Canva, or other tools). * Strong writing and spelling skills. * Basic understanding of social media metrics. * Verbal communication skills for customer service and outreach. * Creativity, organization, and responsibility. * Availability for **part-time or full-time work** (flexible).
