




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide direct support to the Operations Management, contributing to the implementation and monitoring of key operational, administrative, and commercial processes. Control and monitoring of service KPIs Our client, a leading company providing storage and warehousing services, is seeking the following profile: **JOB OBJECTIVE** Provide direct support to the Operations Management to contribute to the implementation and monitoring of key operational, administrative, and commercial processes, ensuring optimal and efficient customer service delivery. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or administrative roles within service-oriented companies. * Advanced Excel proficiency (including macro usage). * Experience in handling/measuring service KPIs (e.g., NPS, service time measurement, deadlines, etc.). * Basic English proficiency desirable. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support to the Operations Management: Provide support to the Operations Management in implementing and monitoring any function under its area of responsibility: Commercial, Reception and Maintenance, Cleaning, IT, Billing, Commercial Support. Generate management reports or dashboards according to each area’s nature. * Operational control of branches: Monitor execution of key processes and procedures across branches for Commercial (Sales), Reception and Maintenance, and Cleaning functions. * Branch maintenance plan control: Manage and monitor the annual maintenance plan per branch. * Document control & review of: a.) Contract entry and exit processes (contracts, minutes, amendments, client files). b.) Occupational Health and Safety processes. c.) Documentation required for government contracts. * NPS and Complaint Book: Deploy NPS survey measurements (monthly and quarterly) and ensure complaints are responded to promptly. * Billing: Complement the daily billing shift (2 hours) to ensure full-time billing service for customers, including routine generation, payment application, etc. **Work Location:** Javier Prado branch, with periodic visits to other branches. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (twice per month on alternating weekends). **Work Modality:** On-site **Benefits:** * Payroll enrollment – Statutory benefits. * EPS coverage at 40%. * Career development path. * Training opportunities. * Send CV to: cv(at)selekto-rrhh.com, with subject line **Operations Assistant** Workplace: On-site employment
