Support in the management and coordination of training We are looking for an Operations Assistant **Knowledge and Requirements** - Academic background: Degrees in Administration, Computer Science, Business Engineering, or Secretarial Studies. - Experience in administrative functions and valuations. - Knowledge of preparing valuation and service progress reports for customers. - Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms to support training sessions. - Intermediate MS Office skills. - Work location: La Victoria, one block from the Canada Metro Shopping Center. - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Responsibilities:** - Provide customer service and conduct corresponding service follow-up. - Prepare and track service valuations and contractor payments. - Prepare reports and documents related to valuations and billing status. - Prepare periodic reports on service progress. - Support the management and coordination of training sessions. - Provide support in virtual rooms during training sessions. - Assist training instructors during session delivery. - Track participant attendance and consolidate information for reporting. - Prepare reports on staff participation in courses (e.g., trained man-hours, sessions conducted, and other indicators). **Benefits:** - Market-competitive salary - Formal payroll registration - Pleasant work environment - Biweekly payments Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800.00 - S/.1,801.00 per month Application question(s): * In which district do you currently reside? * Please provide your WhatsApp and phone number.
