Currently, we are searching for top talent to join our Logistics department as an Order Management Assistant—a team experiencing constant growth. Graduate of Technical or University studies in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. 2\. Minimum 2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, commercial support, or similar operational roles. 3\. Preferably experience in industrial or project-based companies. 4\. Intermediate Excel proficiency. 5\. ERP system experience for order entry. 6\. Intermediate English proficiency. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Review and validate customer purchase orders against approved commercial quotations. 2\. Accurately enter customer orders into the ERP system. 3\. Track order status until delivery to the customer. 4\. Provide support and assistance to internal and external customers regarding their order status. 5\.
