




Job Summary: General Services Coordinator for electrical installations, responsible for executing and tracking service tickets, inventory control, and coordination with clients and staff. Jalma SAC is an electrical installation services contractor operating at LV and MV levels, providing services to industrial, commercial, and retail sectors. This position arises from the need to hire a person to coordinate the execution of general services requested by our clients across their various nationwide locations. Minimum proven experience of 3 months in related roles such as Operations Assistant or Help Desk. **Responsibilities** Main responsibilities for this position are: \- Receiving tickets via email and entering them into the master Excel sheet. \- Daily follow-up on maintenance (corrective/preventive) service orders at client locations. \- Inventory control of spare parts, electrical materials, and tools. \- Preparing compliance reports. \- Direct coordination with clients for site access and validation of completed work. \- Coordinating with the Operations Supervisor for high-complexity tickets. \- Field staff tracking and coordination with clients to obtain service acceptance. \- Preparing weekly status reports on pending, completed, and closed tickets. **Requirements** \- Education: Recent graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or related fields. \- Experience: Preferably 3 months in similar operational support or maintenance positions. \- Technical Knowledge: * Ability to read electrical diagrams and familiarity with electrical installation materials. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel mandatory for reporting). * Familiarity with maintenance management systems is desirable. **Personal Qualities** \- Leadership. \- Organized. \- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills at all levels. **Benefits** \- Opportunity for career progression. \- Employment with a continuously growing company. \- Statutory benefits under microenterprise regulations. \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. \- Work location: Lima (Pueblo Libre) \- (Near La Marina Avenue) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,350.00 \- S/.1,500.00 per month Application Questions: * What field did you graduate in? * Are you available to work in Pueblo Libre (near intersection of Av.
