Coordination of material receipt and service control. ⚡ We Are Seeking a Purchasing and Logistics Assistant ⚡ An energy company / electrical projects company (medium and high voltage) is looking for a Purchasing and Logistics Assistant to support local purchasing and import activities. Requirements: * Technical or university graduate in Logistics, Administration, Industrial/Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing or logistics, preferably in the electrical services sector. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Organizational skills and follow-up capability. Responsibilities: * Manage internal department purchase requests. * Request, evaluate, and compare technical and commercial quotations. * Issue and track purchase orders. * Coordinate with local and international suppliers. * Assist in documentary management for imports. * Coordinate with warehouse for material receipt. * Control contracted services (transportation, installation, maintenance, rentals). * Maintain up-to-date purchase and import records in Excel. * Timely reporting of deviations in schedule, cost, or specifications.
