At Timmy Supplements—a growing company in the fitness and nutritional supplements sector—we are looking for a **Recruitment and Selection Assistant** who understands the strategic impact of effective hiring: selecting the right candidates not only reduces costs but also boosts business outcomes. **What will you do?** * Execute end-to-end recruitment processes with emphasis on speed and quality. * Recruit commercial, operational, and administrative profiles. * Screen, schedule, and follow up with applicants before and after interviews. * Propose continuous improvements to talent attraction and selection processes. * Prepare daily performance reports. * Maintain an updated database. **Who are we looking for?** * Minimum 3 months’ experience in recruitment and selection. * Ability to evaluate candidate profiles accurately and efficiently. * Proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile. * Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives. * Proficiency with platforms such as Indeed, social media, and active sourcing. **What this role is NOT:** * Professionals with low execution agility and responsiveness. * Candidates requiring constant supervision to meet objectives. * Passive recruitment approaches limited to job posting without active process management. **What do we offer?** * Market-competitive salary plus performance-based bonuses. * Genuine growth opportunities aligned with performance. * Dynamic and demanding work environment. * Opportunity to contribute to a growing company. **Full-time – On-site** **Schedule:** **11 am to 8 pm**, Monday through Sunday, with one rotating day off per week.
