Development of negotiation and sales closing skills. **Sales Assistant \- Industrial Sector** Peruvian company with 15 years of experience in **industrial coding and marking solutions** seeks a **Sales Assistant** **Responsibilities:** * Prospect and acquire corporate clients (B2B). * Conduct commercial visits and requirements gathering. * Present solutions (coders, date coders, labelers, and consumables). * Prepare quotations and commercial proposals. * Track opportunities (pipeline) through to sales closure. * Coordinate deliveries and after-sales support with internal departments. * Retain client portfolio and maintain ongoing commercial relationships. * Report on sales progress and results. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience (industrial sector preferred). * Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills. * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency and quotation preparation ability. * Availability for in-person work and client visits. **Benefits:** * Competitive market-based salary. * Bonuses + commissions (performance-based). * Product training and commercial mentoring. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (1-hour break). * Saturdays: Twice per month, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Location:** Cercado de Lima.
