REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 6 months of sales experience (face-to-face and/or telephone) (MANDATORY). * Experience in achieving commercial targets. * Technical or university education (incomplete or completed). **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Advise and retain customers interested in our educational programs. * Collections, sales, and customer service. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO SUNDAY WITH ONE ROTATING DAY OFF (SATURDAY OR SUNDAY): * Monday to Thursday: 12:30 pm \- 9:30 pm * Saturday: 8:00 am \- 6:30 pm * Sunday: 8:00 am \- 3:30 pm **COMPENSATION**: * S/1,300\.00 soles \+ Bonuses for target achievement \+ Bonuses for overachievement * Starting from the 4th month: S/1,400\.00 soles \+ Bonuses for target achievement. **BENEFITS**: * 100% formal payroll registration. * Pleasant work environment. * Career path. * Bonus for target achievement. * Ongoing training.
