REQUIREMENTS: * Students in final semesters of Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with 1 day off between Monday and Thursday). * Availability to work in Chorrillos. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Attend to customers interested in our company's birthday packages, providing detailed and personalized information. * Prepare quotations and follow up accordingly. * Maintain presence throughout events, from start to finish. * Make phone calls and/or send information (brochure) to companies. * Manage database. * Plan, organize, execute, and follow up on our events.
