Good working environment **COMPANY TOOLS PERU S.A.C.** We are a company dedicated to the sale, importation, and distribution of tools for the metalworking industry, and we are currently looking for a **Sales Assistant.** No prior experience required—we provide continuous technical and commercial training. **JOB OBJECTIVE** To provide commercial advisory services to industrial clients by identifying their product requirements, offering appropriate solutions, and focusing on client needs. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education; technical or university studies (completed or incomplete) in related fields such as mechanics, industrial engineering, administration, or similar. * Interest in developing a career in product sales. * Proactivity, responsibility, and positive attitude. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients. * Availability to visit industrial plants. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Visit industrial companies to meet with potential clients. * Coordinate and actively participate in client interactions. * Advise clients on possible product solutions. * Prepare and follow up on product quotations. * Conduct post\-sale follow\-up to ensure customer satisfaction. * **WORKING HOURS** * Monday to Friday: 7:20 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. * Saturday: 7:20 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** * Fixed salary \+ commissions. * Timely biweekly payments. * Continuous technical and commercial training. * Opportunity for growth in the industrial sales area. * Good working environment.
