We are a Peruvian company, manufacturers of Melamine Furniture, currently seeking a SALES ASSISTANT for our Lima plant located in Villa El Salvador. **Profile** * Organized, detail-oriented and meticulous, with synthesis ability and strong communication skills * Knowledge: Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) * Adaptability, analysis, attention to detail, planning, logical reasoning and writing skills **Requirements** * Solid sales experience (mandatory). * Preferred experience in: Furniture sales or similar sectors * Ability to advise customers, follow up and close sales. * Clear communication, friendly demeanor and professional appearance. * Proficiency in WhatsApp Business and social media. * Residence in Villa El Salvador or nearby areas. **Responsibilities** * Supervise the opening and closing of the workplace according to the company’s established procedures. * Organize staff to provide customer service and furniture dispatch. * Promote commercial department-announced promotions. * Optimize the proper image of stores under their responsibility. * Achieve sales targets set by the Commercial Management. * Monitor the entire onboarding and training process of new staff. * Perform other duties assigned by their immediate supervisor.
