




Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to manage interactions, sales, and customer support, as well as provide administrative support and monitor security cameras. Focus on problem-solving and teamwork * Answer incoming and outgoing phone calls to resolve inquiries, manage sales, or provide information. * Respond to customer messages and inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or other social platforms. * Follow up and provide support to customers regarding issued tickets, including postponements or modifications. * Monitor security cameras daily and report any relevant incidents. * Provide administrative support to various departments as needed (data entry, basic reporting, internal task tracking). * Accurately document customer information, sales records, and service interactions. * Escalate complex cases clearly and promptly to the appropriate responsible personnel. * Manage inventory for a small warehouse. **Job Requirements:** Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (call center, WhatsApp Business, social media, or similar), or Business Administration student. **Knowledge:** * Proficiency in messaging tools and social media platforms. * Desired experience in telephone or digital channel sales. * Microsoft Office suite and basic administrative record-keeping skills. **Skills:** * Excellent written and verbal communication. * Organizational and follow-up capabilities. * Positive attitude, empathy, and problem-solving orientation. * Discretion and responsibility when handling confidential information. * Teamwork and willingness to support other departments. **General Job Conditions (adjustable):** * **Schedule:** Full-time (fixed 8-hour shift, Mon\-Sat 9 am\- 1 pm; 2 pm \- 6 pm); overtime hours or days, if required, will be compensated upon prior coordination. * **Work Mode:** On-site. * **Work Location:** Urb.
