Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant with experience in textile companies for inventory control, order preparation, and product receipt. Key Highlights: 1. Assisting with physical inventory control and order preparation 2. Executing product receipt and documentation verification 3. Participating in internal audits and regulatory compliance ***REQUIREMENTS:*** * Technical or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in similar positions within textile and commercial companies. * Basic knowledge of inventory management and delivery guides. * Good physical condition and willingness to perform active work. * Punctuality, organization, responsibility, and proactive attitude. * Familiarity with any ERP system, preferably Odoo. ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Support physical inventory control through counting, verification, and periodic reporting; locate products in designated zones according to established rotation, coding, and security criteria. * Prepare orders and shipments ensuring accuracy, adherence to defined timelines, and compliance with established logistical conditions. * Execute product receipt, verifying quantities, physical condition, and documentation in accordance with incoming delivery guidelines. * Report deviations, shortages, or operational incidents to the immediate supervisor. * Participate in internal audits, ensuring availability of records, document organization, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements for the department. ***BENEFITS:*** * Job stability * ESSALUD + SCTR * Vacation, bonuses, and all statutory benefits applicable to SMEs **Apply by sending your CV to contabilidadperuu@gmail.com with subject line “Warehouse Assistant”** Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to S/.2,000.00 per month Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
