CUSTOMER SERVICE (WHATSAPP RESERVATIONS)

Position Summary: We are seeking a telephone (in-person) customer service professional to handle calls, reservations, follow-ups, and complaint resolution for an airport transportation company. Reservation generation and incident resolution Taxi Green, a company specializing in transportation to and from Jorge Chávez International Airport, is looking for talent to fill the position of TELEPHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE (IN-PERSON), meeting the following profile and requirements: **REQUIREMENTS**: * Experience in customer service and/or in-person sales * Call center experience (minimum 6 months) * Proficiency in Excel (mandatory) * Basic Microsoft Office skills * Intermediate English (mandatory) * **Residence in areas near the airport (mandatory)** * Availability to work in-person on rotating shifts. **FUNCTIONS**: * Answer landline and two mobile phone calls. * Send driver information to passengers and simultaneously confirm their reservations. * Track reservations between drivers and passengers. * Assign services to on-duty drivers and send service details. * Handle emails from credit companies and airlines — general inquiries. * Resolve complaints and route them to the respective departments. * Provide customer service via WhatsApp, email, telephone, and in person. * Generate taxi service reservations for all types of customers — companies — airlines — canceled flights. * Provide immediate assistance for calls regarding forgotten or lost items. * Collect taxi service payments (POS/Cash). * Rotate between WhatsApp and in-person customer service. * Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor related to the work area. **WE OFFER:** * Full payroll registration from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Bi-weekly payments * Attendance bonus * Fixed commissions * Career development path * Pleasant work environment * Cash-handling risk bonus * Birthday leave day Salary: Starting at S/.1,200.00 per month Workplace: In-person employment
