




Position Summary: We are seeking a trainer focused on commercial coaching to identify improvement opportunities and enhance the performance of the sales team. Key Highlights: 1. Universitaria N° 6893 (landmark: Santa Luzmila Market / Los Ángeles bus stop) **Work Schedule:** Full-time **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm; Saturdays, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm **What We Are Looking For?** A trainer focused on commercial coaching, capable of identifying improvement opportunities and enhancing the sales team’s performance. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a trainer, instructor, or coach in a call center. * Experience in telesales (telecommunications preferred). * Strong communication, leadership, and effective feedback skills. * Ability to motivate teams and manage change. * Experience analyzing performance indicators. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Train on sales techniques, handling objections, and closing. * Deliver results-oriented individual and group coaching. * Evaluate performance using indicators and call monitoring. * Identify knowledge gaps and reinforce key skills. * Prepare progress, productivity, and training effectiveness reports. * Design training strategies to improve commercial indicators. * Ensure proper execution of continuous training processes. **BENEFITS** * Base salary \+ performance bonuses * Timely bi-weekly payments * Additional incentives * Excellent work environment * Opportunities for development and growth **Lead change and boost the performance of our sales teams** Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
