If you are a professional passionate about gastronomy and operational management, this is your opportunity to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the integrated operation of multiple food service points (cafeterias) within the facility. * Lead, organize, and monitor operational staff (shifts, attendance, performance). * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and food hygiene and safety regulations. * Manage stock levels, orders, inventories, and shrinkage. * Supervise service quality and customer service. * Manage direct coordination with the client (complaints, requests, improvements). * Supervise special services (breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches, events). * Prepare sales reports, revenue control, and support billing processes. * Propose operational improvements and resource optimization. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrator in food concessions, restaurants, or food service operations (mandatory). * Experience managing work teams and multiple service points (essential). * Graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Food Industries, or related fields. * Valid health certificate or willingness to obtain one. * Availability to work in Callao. **We Offer:** * Employment with a growing small- and medium-sized enterprise (SME). * Positive work environment and teamwork. * Career development opportunities. * 100% covered meals. * Fixed working hours. **Working Hours:** Morning Shift 6 AM \- 3 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Application Questions: * What is your expected salary? * Please provide your current phone number and WhatsApp number. * In which district do you currently reside?
