Requirements: * Professional Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education * Minimum 1 year of experience teaching and training students in **Early Childhood Education** * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), and proficiency with ICT tools * Dynamic, proactive, creative, quick learner, patient, and affectionate * Knowledge of and proficiency with Google Workspace * Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and patience * Preferably residing in San Juan de Miraflores or neighboring districts Responsibilities: · Deliver classes to students following the curriculum guidelines. · Prepare and plan effective educational lessons that foster active learning and student participation. · Provide individualized tutoring based on students' needs. · Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. · Maintain ongoing communication with parents/guardians regarding their child's overall performance via telephone calls, emails, and/or interviews according to tutoring procedures. · Collaborate with other teaching and administrative staff to create an enriched educational environment · Actively attend and participate in institutional research projects, meetings, and other school-promoted activities. · Develop the bimonthly educational plan and ensure its implementation.
