Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and friendly female candidate with strong customer orientation to provide in-person and WhatsApp-based customer service, advising on automotive detailing services and managing quotations and appointments. Opportunity for growth We seek a proactive, friendly, and customer-oriented young woman to deliver both in-person and WhatsApp-based service. She will be responsible for greeting customers, advising them on our automotive detailing services and products, managing quotations, coordinating appointments, and consistently delivering an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities * In-person and WhatsApp-based customer service. * Vehicle reception and delivery. * Quoting washing, detailing, and product services. * Payment collection and issuance of receipts. * Customer follow-up. * Maintaining an orderly customer service area. Requirements * Excellent customer service skills. * Strong verbal communication skills. * Experience in sales or customer service (preferred). * Basic computer and WhatsApp Business proficiency. * Punctuality, responsibility, and proactivity. * Willingness to learn about automotive detailing.
