Job Summary: We are seeking a Bakery/Pastry Assistant with knowledge of dessert and cookie production to support workshop operations. Key Highlights: 1. La Fontana 440, C.C. La Rotonda 2, La Molina **Schedule:** 5:20 a.m. to 2:20 p.m. (one-hour lunch break). **Start Date:** August 2026 **Requirements** * **K**nowledge of dessert production, following recipes and cookie preparation. * Experience as a pastry or kitchen assistant. * Formal studies in baking, pastry, and/or gastronomy are preferred. * **Health Certificate:** Mandatory and valid, issued by the Municipality of La Molina or the Municipality of Lima. * **Personal Appearance:** Cleanliness and hygiene (short, clean nails without polish; trimmed beard, etc.) **Main Responsibilities** * Receiving and organizing ingredients * Chopping chocolate and other supplies * Preparing doughs, weighing and rounding cookies * Baking and packaging * Assisting in new product testing * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workshop * Dispatching orders (delivery and sales points). **Knowledge and Skills** * Basic mathematics (for recipe calculations) * Basic computer or POS system operation * Concentration and attention to detail * Teamwork * Consistent order and cleanliness **Reports To:** Workshop Supervisor **Position Conditions** · **Salary:** S/ 1,350 gross monthly (under Régimen Remype payroll) **Schedule:** 48 hours per week · **Shift:** Monday to Sunday, 5:20 a.m. – 2:20 p.m. (includes one-hour lunch break, with option to leave at 1:00 p.m.). · **Rest Day:** One day per week (to be coordinated) · **Work Modality:** 100% on-site · **Availability:** Willingness to work on holidays, with compensation as per law. · **Additional Benefits:** Bonus equal to 50% of salary paid in July and December.
