Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Manager or Store Administrator to supervise the daily operations of a bookstore, ensure excellent customer service, and support sales objectives. Opportunity for professional development and learning We are looking for a **Store Manager or Store Administrator** to supervise the daily operations of our bookstore, ensure high-quality customer service, and support the achievement of sales targets. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise daily store operations. * Perform store opening and closing procedures. * Provide customer service and support sales activities. * Maintain store order and proper book display. * Assist with inventory control and merchandise replenishment. * Support the organization of bookstore promotions or events. **CANDIDATE PROFILE** * Experience in customer service, sales, or retail (preferred). * Prior experience in stores, retail, or customer-facing businesses (preferred). * Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor with customers. * Responsible, organized, and proactive individual. * Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, or similar tools). * Valid national ID (DNI) and up-to-date employment documents. **BENEFITS** * Formal payroll registration as per Peruvian labor law. * Base salary + commissions. * Bi-weekly payments. * Job stability. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for professional development and learning in bookstore management. **WORK CONDITIONS** * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, **10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.** * **Work Mode:** On-site, full-time. * **Location:** Salamanca – Ate (area near **San Borja, San Luis, Santa Anita, La Molina, Surco**).
