Job Summary: At Avecim, we are seeking an Operations Supervisor for our official taxi service at Jorge Chávez International Airport, focused on team leadership and incident resolution. We believe in teamwork and jointly building an experience that leaves a lasting impression on every journey. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Supervise field staff under your charge (hostesses and fleet executives). * Ensure proper execution of the team’s operational tasks. * Prepare and submit administrative reports. * Conduct the overall cash closing for the shift and the counter. * Manage and resolve operational incidents during the shift. * Maintain control and monitoring of team performance. * Meet company goals, standards, and policies. **What do you need to apply for this position?** * Technical studies in Administration and/or related fields (preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience leading work teams. * 1\-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or similar roles. * Reside in areas near the airport (Callao, San Martín de Porres, Los Olivos), within a maximum 30-minute commute to the airport. * Strong interpersonal skills and clear, effective communication (handling critical passengers). * Collaborative attitude and ability to remain calm and resolve high-pressure situations effectively. * Languages: English (preferred). * Availability to work outdoors, 6 days per week, 8-hour daily shifts, with rotating days off. **Conditions:** * Return transportation to residence upon shift completion. * Direct reporting to the Operations Management. * Participation in periodic evaluations, including routine tests. **What do we offer?** * Base salary of S/1600 \+ Family allowance S/113 \+ Mobility bonus S/100 \+ Working condition bonus S/300 * Formal employment registration from day one, with all statutory benefits. **Available Shift:** * 4:00 PM \- 1:00 AM (Night shift bonus) Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.2,200\.00 per month Application Question(s): * In which district do you currently reside? * Have you led work teams?
