Position Summary: Integrated logistics management for the distribution center, focused on continuous improvement and process efficiency, control reporting, and tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Route optimization and transportation provider management **Job Description** ---------------------- Achieve integrated logistics management that incorporates continuous improvement and process efficiency within the distribution center. Control and tracking reports for Picking, dispatch, and delivery effectiveness across all channels. Efficiency controls and metrics for order picking and distribution processes. Transportation expense reports by zone, provider, and channel in Lima and provinces. Onboard new transportation providers, standardize services and options to enhance distribution process efficiency. Productivity control metrics for picking. Order picking scheduling across various sales channels. Target performance indicators such as lead time: local deliveries within 1–2 business days from dispatch; provincial deliveries within 2–6 business days. Transportation cost per route, per order, and per sales channel. Accurate preparation and delivery of all orders, verifying channel-specific requirements. Scheduling of routes and coverage for merchandise distribution across all channels. Biweekly or monthly settlements and issuance of payment vouchers for transportation providers to ensure proper monthly expense allocation. Manage staff attendance and daily shift start times according to schedule to ensure dispatch compliance.
