Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate team leader committed to customer service to supervise operations and staff at Jorge Chávez International Airport, with a focus on delivering safe and high-quality service. We believe in teamwork and jointly building travel experiences that leave a lasting impression. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Supervise assigned staff (hostesses and fleet executives). * Ensure proper execution of the team’s operational tasks. * Prepare and submit administrative reports. * Perform overall cash closing for the shift and the counter. * Manage and resolve operational incidents during the shift. * Monitor and track team performance. * Achieve targets and comply with company policies and standards. **What do you need to apply for this position?** * Technical education. * Minimum 1 year of experience leading teams. * 1\-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or similar roles. * Residence in areas near the airport (Callao, San Martín de Porres, Los Olivos), within a maximum 30-minute commute to the airport. * Strong interpersonal skills and clear, effective communication (including handling difficult passengers). * Collaborative attitude and ability to remain calm and resolve high-pressure situations efficiently. * Languages: English (desirable). * Availability to work outdoors, 6 days per week, 8-hour daily shifts, with rotating days off. **Conditions:** * Return transportation to residence upon shift completion. * Direct reporting to the Operations Management team. * Participation in periodic evaluations, including routine assessments. **What do we offer?** * Base salary of S/1600 \+ Family allowance S/113 \+ Mobility bonus S/100 \+ Working condition bonus S/300 * Formal employment registration from day one, with full statutory benefits. **Available Shift:** * 4:00pm \- 1:00am (Night shift bonus) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * In which district do you currently reside? * Have you led teams?
