Our multi-brand cinema chain continues to grow, and we seek a technical leader who ensures that the magic of cinema (and our systems) never stops across our 29 nationwide locations. Your mission: Guarantee 100% availability of our technological infrastructure, core systems (TATEC, SISCON, TUMISOFT), and web platforms (ticket and concession sales). Your work will ensure an impeccable end-to-end customer experience! What will you do day-to-day? Secure box office operations: Administer and support our primary ERP/POS systems. Lead multi-site support: Resolve critical hardware and network incidents nationwide, ensuring optimal response times (SLAs). Connect the business: Manage internet, networks (LAN/WAN), and multi-brand mobile telephony providers (MDM). Fortify digital operations: Monitor e-commerce, payment gateways, and resolve web-related incidents. Full control: Maintain up-to-date technology inventory and oversee IT vendor contracts. What are we looking for in you? * Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields. * 3–4 years of experience leading IT Support teams, preferably in Retail, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), or companies with multiple branches. * Advanced proficiency in ERP/POS systems and Network Infrastructure (Fortinet, Cisco, Mikrotik). * Experience managing web platforms and mobile device fleets. High stress tolerance, strong sense of urgency, and willingness to handle critical incidents (weekends/holidays).
