INSTITUCION INTEC is looking for personnel to fill the position of Marketing and Sales Assistant for spare parts. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience in face-to-face customer service. * Intermediate Office skills and experience using a sales registration system/CRM. * Assertive communication, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure. * Proactive attitude, results-oriented mindset, and disciplined follow-up. * Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields. Responsibilities: * Attend to customers via Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and telephone; schedule appointments and provide clear information. * Create content for the company's social media platforms. * Prepare quotations requested by customers (Lima\-provinces). * Provide after-sales service. * Follow up on each quotation and sale. * Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor within the department.
