We are currently seeking an Automotive Product Trainer – Bajaj, passionate about mechanics, teaching, and fieldwork. Job Mission To train on Bajaj technologies and develop technical skills among all mechanics across the network, ensuring high standards of technical knowledge and performance. Key Responsibilities Prepare the technical materials required for training courses to be delivered in Lima and provincial areas. Conduct training sessions in Lima and provincial areas according to the annual schedule. Provide training to the internal technical service team and address technical inquiries from supervisors. Maintain equipment, tools, spare parts, and vehicles designated for training and technical service in optimal condition. Review manuals and technical documentation to propose continuous improvements. Support vehicle handling when required. Actively participate in the planning and execution of technical competitions involving technicians from the distribution network. Requirements Completed technical studies in Automotive Mechanics. One year of experience training other technicians. Valid A1 driver’s license (mandatory).
