Job Summary: We are seeking a Welding Assistant to support welding, assembly, and maintenance of metal structures, following industrial safety regulations and technical drawings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in welding and assembly of metal structures 2. Support in maintenance and repair of structures 3. Due to our growth, we are currently seeking **01 WELDING ASSISTANT**. **What will be your main challenges and responsibilities?** * Assist in welding and assembly of metal structures. * Support maintenance and repair of existing structures. * Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for assigned tasks. * Assist in interpreting drawings and technical specifications. * Comply with industrial safety standards and use of PPE. * Support work at heights when required. **What is the ideal profile for this position?** * Minimum 1 year of experience in welding and assembly of metal structures. * Knowledge of welding techniques (MIG, TIG, arc welding, among others). * Experience working at heights. * Good hand-eye coordination and physical fitness for operational tasks. * Availability to work in Callao and travel to other sites. **What do we offer to help you grow with us?** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Bi-weekly payments. * 60% food coverage. * Career development path. * Positive work environment. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
