Description

Job Summary: Operate and program CNC lathes to manufacture hydraulic seals, interpret engineering drawings, and select appropriate materials, ensuring quality and compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. CNC lathe operation and programming 2. Interpretation of mechanical drawings and technical specifications 3. Quality control and compliance with safety standards * Operate and program CNC lathes to manufacture hydraulic seals according to drawings and technical specifications. * Interpret mechanical drawings and production technical specifications. * Select appropriate tools, cutting parameters, and materials (PU, PTFE, rubber, etc.). * Perform machine adjustments and calibrations to ensure dimensional accuracy. * Verify dimensions and tolerances using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.). * Conduct quality checks during and after the machining process. * Perform basic equipment maintenance and cleaning. * Comply with industrial safety standards and internal procedures. * Report incidents, malfunctions, or deviations in the production process. Salary: S/.2,200.00 - S/.2,400.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
