Professional development in a specialized market with direct impact. **A) Job Objective** Comprehensively manage the sales cycle of surveying equipment, leading customer acquisition, service, and retention for key clients in strategic sectors such as construction, mining, and engineering. The Commercial Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets and delivering technical solutions that generate value for both customers and the company. B) **Responsibilities:** · Prospect potential customers and generate effective commercial opportunities. · Provide technical advisory to customers on products and services: sales, rentals, maintenance, and training. · Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and customized presentations. · Negotiate commercial terms and close sales or rental contracts. · Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and after-sales support. · Manage customer portfolio, promoting retention and cross-selling. · Monitor market conditions, competitors, and trends within the surveying industry. · Participate in tenders, trade fairs, training sessions, and sector-related events. · Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. · Report progress and activities in CRM or internal reporting formats. **C) Job Requirements** · Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. · Interest and/or aptitude for sales. · Minimum 4 years’ experience in technical sales (preferably in surveying equipment, machinery, or technology). · Solid knowledge of surveying equipment (total stations, GPS/GNSS, levels, drones, etc.). · Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and commercial management systems (CRM). · Valid A1 driver’s license (mandatory for site visits or fieldwork). · Willingness to travel occasionally nationwide. **D) Key Competencies** · High-level communication and persuasion skills · Strategic business vision · Negotiation and closing ability · Results orientation and goal achievement · Technical knowledge and consultative approach · Proactivity and autonomy **E) Development Opportunities** This position offers growth into roles such as Senior Executive, Sales Manager, or Product Specialist, based on performance, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities. **F) Performance Indicators:** · Monthly sales target achievement · Number of quotations converted into sales: 50 · New customers acquired per month: 10 · Retention and repeat purchase rate among existing corporate clients: 50 · Effective commercial visits / week: 15 LIMA Y PROVINCIA · Monthly record of internal and external training activities: 20h Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
