Standardize HR processes across branches At Jiapeng, a growing company operating across multiple branches in southeastern Peru, we seek to hire an HR Manager to lead the HR department with a strong focus on labor management, regulatory compliance, and internal control. This role is strategic to ensure the organization operates in an orderly manner, complies fully with regulations, and maintains consistent processes across all branches. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the HR department with a dedicated team and operational support * Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and personnel administration processes * Ensure strict compliance with Peruvian labor regulations and proactively manage SUNAFIL-related matters * Implement internal policies, regulations, disciplinary procedures, justified sanctions, and termination processes * Coordinate payroll processing, employment contracts, renewals, and labor documentation with the accounting and legal advisory departments * Standardize HR processes across branches and support operational leaders **Required Profile:** * Experience as HR Manager or Senior HR Coordinator in operational companies (retail, logistics, manufacturing, services) * Advanced knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation and regulatory management * Structured, firm, process-oriented, and compliance-focused profile * Ability to lead a team and work closely with daily operations * Prior experience in regional/provincial areas is preferred **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Career progression and professional development opportunities. * Positive working environment.
