Position Summary: We are seeking a Community Manager to strengthen digital communication by creating, recording, and editing audiovisual content for social media and campaigns. If you enjoy creating, recording, and editing content—and seeing your work published on social media and real-world campaigns—**this opportunity is for you**. **What are we looking for?** * Technician **GRADUATE** in: Audiovisual Communication, Digital Design, or Digital Animation. * Minimum **6 months** of experience creating audiovisual content for social media. * Proficiency in: **Video editing** and graphic design. **Video recording using smartphones**. * Familiarity with tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop (preferred). **What will you do?** * Pre-production, production, and post-production of audiovisual content. * Script creation and writing. * Development of content for social media, websites, and internal communications. * Content planning and copywriting. * Audiovisual coverage of internal and external events (trainings, activities, activations). * Support in the monthly monitoring of the content plan. * Other duties assigned by management. Position Conditions: * **Work Modality:** Hybrid (Remote work, with occasional on-site attendance at offices in **Surco and San Luis**, as required) * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: **8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** Saturdays: **8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.** *(No schedule flexibility)* * Must have **personal equipment** (laptop and smartphone).
