Opportunity to join the Factor A1 family **Job Description:** We are currently looking for a **Concierge Relief Staff** member for multi-family buildings located in **Pueblo Libre and Jesús María**. The selected candidate will cover shifts for permanent staff, ensuring proper control and security of the property. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor entry and exit of residents, visitors, and service providers. * General supervision of the building. * Record incidents occurring during the shift. * Address basic resident inquiries. * Ensure security and order within the property. **Work Days:** * Tuesday \- Wednesday \- Thursday: Pueblo Libre * Friday \- Saturday and Sunday: Jesús María * Day off: Monday **Working Hours:** * 12-hour shifts: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. (rotating) **Requirements:** * Experience in concierge, doorman, or security services (preferred). * Responsibility and punctuality. * Availability to commute between both locations. * Strong communication skills and a courteous attitude toward residents. * Send us your CV and become part of the Factor A1 family\.
