Commissions to incentivize your commercial development Polyvida, a growing company dedicated to the sale of construction finishing products, is looking for a dynamic, proactive Sales Representative eager to join a rapidly expanding team. Job Responsibilities: \- Identify and understand customer needs; provide technical advice on products. \- Promote and sell products including polycarbonate, SPC, WPC, wall panels, suspended ceilings, among others; meet established sales targets; follow up on quotations and sales closures. \- Prospect new customers in Lima and provinces; visit construction sites, contractors, and distribution points according to schedule; maintain commercial relationships with existing and potential customers. \- Travel within the country to expand the customer portfolio (travel allowances covered); identify business opportunities in assigned regions. \- Prepare weekly activity and results reports; report on the status of sales opportunities and suggest improvements. Requirements: \- Availability to travel within Lima and provinces (transportation allowances covered). \- Experience in sales of products related to cellular polycarbonate, SPC, WPC, wall panels, PVC suspended ceilings (desirable but not mandatory). \- Negotiation skills and results orientation. \- Willingness to learn. \- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
