We are currently seeking **01 Data Protection Analyst** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Systems/Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Specialization in personal data protection (desirable) * Knowledge of Law No. 29733 (its regulations and related standards); processing of sensitive health data; handling of data subject rights; breach management; preparation of Risk Assessment Tools (RAT) (mandatory). * Familiarity with ISO 27001; basic information security concepts for coordination; AI-related regulations applicable to healthcare; use of AI tools (desirable). * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Establish and maintain the inventory of personal data databases, the record of processing activities, and the mapping of information flows. * Draft policies, procedures, privacy notices, and consent clauses for personal data processing. * Participate in the process of addressing data subject rights (ARCO) within legally mandated timeframes. * Prepare compliance gap analyses and prioritization plans for the Data Protection Officer. * Draft data protection clauses for contracts with data processors and suppliers, as well as for data transfers. * Assess international transfers of personal data across group operations and their legal safeguards. * Verify that security measures implemented by the Department of Technology and Digital Transformation (TDD) fulfill the legal obligation to protect personal data, in coordination with Information Security. * Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA/DPIA) for projects involving personal data, including clinical AI. * Participate in delivering training and awareness initiatives on personal data protection. * Prepare personal data protection compliance reports for the Data Protection Officer. * Collaborate with the Data Protection Officer in coordinating with the TDD Department and other departments responsible for implementing and managing information security controls. * Other duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS:** * All statutory benefits * Ongoing training opportunities. * Discounts with educational institutions, supplier visits, and more. * Work for an internationally accredited company holding ISO and Joint Commission International (JCI) certifications—one of the world’s most prestigious healthcare accreditations. *Our company is committed to equity and inclusion because we believe every person is unique and different.* Therefore, we invite you to apply!
