The ideal candidate will hold relevant certifications and have a proven track record in operating various unmanned aerial vehicles and associated software. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct drone operations for photogrammetry, inspection, and other field applications. * Train others in the safe and efficient operation of drones (RPAS). * Maintain and operate drones from various brands and models, including DJI (Mavic, Phantom, Mavic 3 Enterprise, Matrice). * Use specialized software such as Pix4D or DroneDeploy for data processing. * Ensure compliance with safety standards in all operations. * Continuously evaluate and improve operational and instructional techniques. **Requirements** * RPAS certification (DGAC or equivalent). * Minimum 2\-3 years of drone operation experience. * Proficiency with DJI drones (Mavic, Phantom, Mavic 3 Enterprise; Matrice preferred). * Experience with drone data processing software (e.g., Pix4D, DroneDeploy). * Prior instructional experience and completion of the TDI course will be valued. * Proactive profile with excellent teaching and teamwork skills. * Demonstrated ability to work in field environments and adhere to strict safety protocols. **We Offer:** * Join a growing aviation institution. * Continuous training in RPAS technology. * Professional development opportunities. * Market-competitive remuneration.
