We are currently seeking an **After-Sales Executive** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Graduate of university or technical programs related to customer service. * Knowledge of information systems for management and sales at the functional user level. * Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. * Minimum 6 months of specific experience in commercial, sales, or customer service roles. **Responsibilities:** * Provide after-sales service to all B2B and B2C customers according to company services. * Manage settlements for B2B, B2C, and provincial workshops. * Reconcile the B2C collections cash register. * Ensure accurate registration of serviced customers and units. * Enter information into the general loading system INFOGAS. * Handle complaints to ensure timely resolution.
