Pleasant working environment and team integration activities. **REQUIREMENTS** * Licensed and registered Electrical Engineer with **more than 5 years of professional registration**. * Minimum **3 years of experience** in supervision, execution, or management of electrical installation projects. * Minimum **2 years of experience** in infrastructure projects involving electrical and communications systems. * Knowledge and experience in: Medium- and low-voltage electrical systems; electrical panels; lighting; conduits; grounding systems; and overvoltage protection systems. Communications systems: structured cabling; optical fiber; data networks; telephony; CCTV; access control; fire detection and alarm systems; public address systems; and intercom systems. * Proficiency in **MS Project, AutoCAD, ETAP, DIALux, and BIM methodology**. * Familiarity with the **National Electrical Code (CNE)**, the **National Building Regulations (RNE)**, and other applicable technical standards. * Knowledge of project planning methodologies including **Last Planner, Lookahead, PMBOK, BIM, and Lean Construction**. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Availability to work on-site in Callao. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the implementation of electrical and communications systems in accordance with project drawings, technical specifications, and schedules. * Verify compliance with quality, safety, and current regulatory standards. * Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure proper system integration during construction. * Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and operation of electrical and communications systems. * Prepare technical reports, progress valuations, and status reports. * Manage material, equipment, and resource requirements for activity execution. * Monitor physical progress of the discipline and propose corrective actions when necessary. * Participate in preparing and justifying change orders, deductions, and other technical documentation. * Provide technical support to the site team and ensure adherence to established procedures. **WE OFFER** * Formal employment registration from day one. * Labor benefits under the **Microenterprise Regime**. * Pleasant working environment. * Team integration activities. * Professional development opportunity and career path.
