Job Summary: Performs monthly dynamic maintenance on equipment, diagnoses issues, and reports spare parts requirements to ensure optimal operation and customer retention. Key Responsibilities: 1. Dynamic equipment maintenance and diagnosis 2. Spare parts and work reporting via application 3. Preparation of technical reports and compliance with policies ***What is your mission?*** Carry out the monthly dynamic maintenance routines assigned by the route supervisor and report worn spare parts, in accordance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures, to ensure equipment operates optimally and achieve customer retention. * ***Responsibilities:*** \- Perform monthly dynamic maintenance and verify proper equipment operation \- Diagnose equipment problems and identify spare parts requiring replacement, then report them via the mobile application. \- Report executed work and details of equipment servicing to the route supervisor through the Otis application. \- Accurately complete technical reports. \- Support compliance with internal policies established by the company. \- Perform other job-related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: \- Electronic Technician, Mechanical Technician, Electrical Technician, Mechatronics Technician and/or related fields. \- Minimum 6 months’ experience in elevator maintenance (Desirable) \- Experience in mechanical, elevator, and electrical platform maintenance. * ***Benefits*** \- Market-competitive salary. \- Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. \- Mobility allowance. \- Ongoing training.
