Job Summary: We are seeking field staff for customer acquisition, proposal presentation, customer retention, and collections management, with tasks assigned by supervisor. Key Responsibilities: 1. Acquisition and retention of potential customers 2. Presentation and explanation of business proposals 3. Collections management and preparation of goal achievement reports We are currently recruiting field staff for the cities of Lima, Lima Provinces (north small), Arequipa, Puno, Moquegua, Tacna - Identify and acquire potential customers as sales points. - Present and explain the business proposal and its benefits to customers. - Retain customers through scheduled route visits. - Collections management (if required). - Prepare goal achievement reports. - Tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
