Compliance with quality and food safety standards Our client, a leading food retail chain, has entrusted us with recruiting top talent for the position of: FOOD PRODUCTION OPERATOR / BAKER Requirements: Minimum age: 18 years old Academic qualification: Completed secondary education and/or incomplete technical studies Work experience: Minimum 6 months in similar roles Knowledge of bread baking and packaging Availability to work rotating shifts: MORNING and AFTERNOON Responsibilities: Ensure proper bread baking while adhering to the company's established quality and food safety standards. Conduct daily inventory of products. Comply with organizational policies, internal regulations, and operational procedures. Execute baking area operational processes, prioritizing quality control, occupational safety, and health standards.
