Job Summary: Assists in the preliminary preparation and cooking of food, as well as maintaining kitchen cleanliness, following food hygiene protocols. Key Highlights: 1. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in the preliminary food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, and chopping). * Participate in preparing all types of dishes assigned by the direct supervisor, including appetizers, salads, soups, side dishes, among others. * Assist in cleaning utensils, equipment, and work surfaces before, during, and after service. * Follow cleaning, food handling, and food storage protocols.
