Manage fleet using real-time tracking and monitoring systems At Tanqay Logistic, a leading provider of transportation solutions, we are seeking a TRANSPORTATION MANAGER \- OPERATIONS \- MINERAL to assume comprehensive leadership of our mineral cargo fleet (encapsulated). **Position Objective:** Comprehensively direct heavy cargo transportation activities, ensuring logistical efficiency, cost control, asset protection, and strict compliance with applicable regulations, SSOMA, and environmental standards. **Key Challenges and Responsibilities:** Plan, supervise, and optimize routes and daily operations. Oversee fleet management through satellite tracking, telemetry, and real-time monitoring systems. Lead, evaluate, and motivate operational staff under direct supervision. Ensure process continuity by promoting high standards of quality and safety. **What We Are Looking For:** \- Education: Bachelor's degree in Transportation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. \- Experience: Minimum 5 years leading land-based heavy cargo or hazardous materials transportation operations (preferably mineral encapsulated cargo transportation). \- Technical Knowledge: KPI management, cost control, ERP systems, national transportation regulations, and SSOMA. **Mandatory Requirements:** \- Valid driver's license with experience driving 4x4 vehicles (willingness to travel to mine site once per week). \- Residence in areas near Callao (base location). \- Availability to work Monday through Saturday. Salary: S/.4,500\.00 \- S/.5,500\.00 per month Work Location: Regular travel required
