This position is intended for individuals physically capable of performing manual labor, committed to safety, and compliant with the company's operational procedures. **Responsibilities** * Perform loading and unloading activities for waste and materials according to the daily schedule. * Assist in controlling and organizing documentation related to operations. * Carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor, ensuring proper execution of operational activities. **Required Profile** * Completed secondary education. * Must reside in Ventanilla or areas near Parque Porcino. * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with scheduled days off. * Availability to work 12-hour shifts and 6-hour shifts on Saturdays. **We Offer** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll starting on day one. * Bi-weekly payments. * Mobility and meal allowance. * Attendance and performance incentives. * Ongoing training. * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the organization.
