An environmental sector company specializing in comprehensive hazardous waste management is currently seeking **Loading Operators** to join its operations team. We seek responsible, committed individuals with a proactive attitude to perform operational tasks while adhering to established procedures and safety regulations for each service. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform loading, unloading, and transportation of waste and materials according to the operational schedule. * Support documentation registration, organization, and control generated during operations. * Carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor, complying with established procedures and timelines. **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Reside in Ventanilla or have easy access to the Porcino Park area. * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with rest days scheduled accordingly. * Availability to work 12-hour shifts and 6-hour shifts on Saturdays. **Benefits** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll starting on day one. * Timely biweekly payments. * Mobility and meal allowance. * Attendance and goal-achievement incentives. * Ongoing training. * Opportunities for development and growth within the company.
