Coordinate and control logistics processes and monitor staff A last-mile distribution and logistics company is seeking an **Assistant (Branch Leader) – Cusco.** **REQUIREMENTS:** - Completed secondary education - Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles (courier and/or distribution companies) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Knowledge of dispatch and logistics - Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management **RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Manage and optimize assigned resources effectively - Ensure delivery effectiveness across the designated province - Direct and control parcel distribution from the branch - Plan routing strategies for efficient parcel delivery - Schedule, coordinate, and control administrative, operational, and protocol-related tasks associated with logistics processes (receiving, dispatch, re-dispatch, transportation, and distribution) - Monitor mobile units, motorized personnel, and third-party staff **WORK CONDITIONS:** * Availability to work Monday through Saturday **Bi-weekly payroll under microenterprise regime.** * Life insurance (Vida Ley) * SCTR (Workers’ Compensation Insurance) Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to S/.1,200.00 per month Application Questions: * Please provide your current mobile number (WhatsApp) * In which district do you reside?
