If you have 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics, telephone-based customer service in service-oriented and/or back-office companies—including order tracking, dispatch coordination, product control, and back-office functions—this is **your opportunity**! **Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with third-party operational processes for direct and reverse logistics. * Ensure compliance with delivery and pickup processes (on-time first visit). * Timely record additional costs managed in provinces. * Consolidate zone changes and ensure execution by the TIN department. * Record incidents and promptly prepare ITEMs for reported claims to customers for compensation control. * Provide up-to-date process information to representatives. * Resolve inquiries and complaints, and provide detailed information regarding customer delivery and pickup services. * Perform duties related to the position. **Employment Conditions:** **Salary:** S/ 1,500 Soles + COMMISSIONS (up to S/ 450 Soles).
