We are currently seeking 01 ANESTHESIOLOGIST PHYSICIAN (temporary) for Alberto Barton Hospital. REQUIREMENTS * University degree in Medicine (licensed and authorized) * Specialization in Anesthesiology (degree and RNE) * Diplomas/Courses in CPR (desirable) * Minimum 3 years of experience in health centers, clinics, or hospitals * Availability to work in Callao (Alberto Barton Hospital) PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Carry out daily scheduled activities with staff involved in managing inpatient or outpatient patients, within appropriate timeframes. * Perform medical procedures specific to anesthesiology; formulate diagnoses; conduct examinations; and prescribe treatment for patients, respecting patient rights and established clinical protocols and management guidelines, according to the company’s available technical and technological resources. * Respond to interdepartmental consultations requested by other specialties, emergencies, and scheduled outpatient consultations, in accordance with current regulations and adherence to clinical practice guidelines. * Issue attendance certificates, legally valid medical certificates, CITT, disability certifications, and any others required under current regulations. * Conduct interdepartmental consultations and patient transfers. * Perform pre-anesthetic preparation, as well as intraoperative and postoperative anesthetic monitoring and control. * Administer sedation, anesthesia, and monitored anesthetic care during diagnostic or therapeutic procedures performed in required departments. * Ensure proper functioning of the operating room during on-call shifts. * Provide detailed and truthful information regarding the patient’s condition, prognosis, and disease progression to the patient and family members. * Promote, provide, and ensure compliance with procedures aligned with quality and safety standards for patients and their families. * Conduct epidemiological surveillance in all situations posing risks to the population, report notifiable diseases, and complete statistical records and controls for scientific and administrative purposes. * Participate in developing and updating clinical manuals, standards, procedures, and protocols for the department. * Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor BENEFITS * All statutory benefits. * Continuous training. * Discounts with educational institutions, supplier visits, and more. * Work for an internationally accredited company with ISO and Joint Commission International (one of the world’s most prestigious healthcare accreditations).
