Job Summary: We are seeking a Flat Die-Cutting Machine Operator to operate flat die-cutting machines in the graphic arts and packaging industries, ensuring quality, accuracy, and productivity. We are currently looking for a **Flat Die-Cutting Machine Operator** for the graphic arts and packaging sector. **Job Mission:** Prepare, adjust, and operate the flat die-cutting machine to transform pre-printed cardboard sheets into die-cut and creased products, ensuring quality, accuracy, and productivity. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and operate the **flat die-cutting machine / autoplatina**. * Verify the condition and characteristics of printed sheets. * Assemble and adjust **dies, matrices, shims, and ejection systems**. * Adjust feeding, registration, pressure, cutting, and creasing. * Perform first-piece inspection and quality checks during production. * Identify and correct issues related to registration, cutting, creasing, ejection, or feeding. * Perform format changes and machine setup. * Sort and control non-conforming products and setup materials. * Conduct basic cleaning and maintenance of machinery. * Record production output, incidents, and material losses. * Comply with safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or technical training in **Graphic Arts, Graphic Production, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related fields**. * Minimum **2 years of experience in industrial graphic production**. * At least **1 year of experience operating a flat die-cutting machine / autoplatina**, or as a second operator with autonomy in changeovers and quality controls. * Knowledge of **flat die-cutting, cardboard, blueprint reading, shimming, ejection, and quality control**. * Availability to work **rotating shifts**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with offset-printed cardboard. * Box-making and packaging. * Optical registration systems. * Stripping and blanking. * Experience performing rapid format changes. **Benefits:** * **Competitive salary above market standards.** * **Benefits as stipulated by law.** * **Formal employment contract from the first day of work.** * Opportunity for professional development and growth.
